Standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of £4.99 per order. Orders totalling £75 or more (after any
discounts, before delivery charges) qualify for free standard delivery. Delivery charges, where applicable,

the timeframes stated on the Website, though these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk
in the Products passes to you upon delivery.
6. Your Right to Cancel and Returns
Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: You may cancel or amend your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing

your refund to cover return processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14
days of us receiving the returned item.
Faulty or Misdescribed Items: This fee does not apply if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. In
these cases, your return is free of charge and you remain entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair

If a Product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement,
