1. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £75. For orders under £75, a flat delivery charge of £4.99
applies. Delivery times and any applicable charges will be confirmed at checkout before you complete your
order.
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
(where available) once your order has been shipped.
2. Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been
dispatched. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible using the details below, quoting your order
number.
This 24-hour window is offered as an additional courtesy and is separate from, and does not replace or
reduce, your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (see Section 3 below).
3. Returns & Exchanges (Change of Mind)
In addition to your statutory right to cancel, we offer a 14-day return and exchange window, starting from the
day you receive your order.
Exchanges: Exchanges for a different size or colour within the 14-day window are completely free of charge.
Refunds: If you would prefer a refund rather than an exchange, a flat fee of £3.99 will be deducted from your
refund to help cover return processing and handling costs. This applies to all change-of-mind returns.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached, wherever
possible, to be eligible for exchange or refund.
4. Faulty or Misdescribed Items
If an item you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or
repair at no cost to you, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The £3.99 refund fee referenced
in Section 3 does not apply to faulty or misdescribed items.
Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue, including photos of the fault where
applicable, so we can resolve this for you quickly.
5. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin a cancellation, return, or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order
number and the reason for your request. We will guide you through the next steps, including how to send the
item back to us.
