Prepaid Orders:
For eligible prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after the returned product successfully passes the quality check.
Please allow an additional 2–3 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or payment account, depending on your payment provider.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only for eligible cases such as:
- Incorrect product received
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
All refund requests are subject to verification and quality approval.
