At New Theory, we offer return or exchange options if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
Important Notes:
- Products purchased during Sale/Discount offers are NOT eligible for Return or Refund.
- Only Size Exchange is allowed on discounted products, subject to stock availability.
If you choose to exchange a discounted product for a different product, you will receive an additional 10% discount on the exchanged item.
Refunds are applicable only for wrong, damaged, or defective products, subject to successful quality verification.
Return & Exchange Timeline
Return Period: Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
Exchange Period: Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
Shipping Timeline: Orders placed through the New Theory UK Store will generally be delivered within 7–10 days from the date of order placement.
To initiate a return or exchange request, visit the bottom of our homepage and click on “Returns/Exchange.”
Product Condition Requirements
For a return or exchange to be accepted:
- The product must be unused and unwashed.
- Original packaging must be intact.
- Original tags, labels, and price tags must be attached.
- The product must not have been altered, damaged, washed, or used.
Return / Exchange Process
- Visit the bottom of the homepage and click on Returns/Exchange.
Submit your return/exchange request. - Upload clear images of the product along with an opening/unboxing video of the order for verification.
- Our team will review the submitted details.
- After successful verification, we will initiate the return/exchange process.
- Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check.
- The refund or exchange will be processed only after the product successfully passes the quality check.
Important Quality Check Notice
Refunds or exchanges will not be initiated if the product is received in a used, washed, damaged, altered, or modified condition, or without the original tags, labels, packaging, or other required components.
